What makes this Deluxe? I've added a ton of new stuff!
~Placeables Index~
Now, all placeables are indexed. Organizing the Placeables was
difficult. You can't just put them index them like they are in the
toolset, or it wouldn't be much help at all. What I've done is
break the placeables up into categories that I personally find useful.
This makes it so there are some redundant listings, which is acutally
pretty useful. For instance, Sunken City Rubble appears in the Sunken
City section, but also the Rubble section.
Hopefully this works for you too. If you have suggestions for new
categories that would be useful to you, let me know, and I'll add them
in future updates.
~Load Screens~
All of the game's default Load Screens are now indexed. They are sorted
by their "NX" tag, as those tags are unique. You should select load
screens by scrolling down to the NX section in the Load Screen pull down
menu.
This tool documents all of the assets in the Neverwinter Nights 2
Toolset as of NWN2 Patch 1.12. This can be useful for finding a
particular asset or appearance for any custom content you are
creating.
==HOW TO USE==
To startup the index, just extract the RAR or ZIP file somewhere to
a folder and double click on "index.html" to open up the root page.
From within the index, you can always navigate to the root by
clicking on the Visual Index masthead at the top of every page.
==DETAILS==
I put this together after being pretty thoroughly frustrated by the
preview function in the toolkit. Wouldn't it be easier if you could
just look at all the options and start from there with your model?
You can go in and look at all the variants for a particular armor,
weapon, or race before you input it into the Toolkit, making it a
lot easier to at get a good starting point without having to go
through every single option in the Toolset.
Generally, when I'm using this, I have the Visual Index open in one
monitor and toolset open in the other. This works really well for
speeding up creating NPCs, Creatures, and Custom Items.
A placeables update will be forthcoming.
As always, please let me know if you find any mistakes or bugs, and I'll
correct them in future versions of the index.

After messing around with the toolset for a week or so, this Visual Index makes me so happy I want to cry :) Amazing how many assets get overlooked when you are forced to use the toolset to preview items. Thanks for what is obviously a TON of work! This will be an indispensable tool as I forge ahead.
(One note, for some reason Firefox didn't like the links off the index page. Not a big deal, I used Dreamweaver to fix them. Each link had a backslash after "INDEX". I switched it to a forward slash and all was well. Not sure if this is just a Firefox issue or not.)

I'm new to the toolset, despite playing NWN since it came out many years ago, and am finding writing my first adventure a real trial because of how user-unfriendly some parts of the toolset are.
Being able to search around to find out what objects, or variations of objects look like is an absolute marvel & I'm amazed that the toolset's designers never included something that does this job. Many, many thanks for creating it, matey!
Previewing sounds & visual effects would be fantastic too, if you have any spare time to play with ;~)) _________________________ "Cor- a Beholder, Just think of the XP!"; Dave the Barbarian in the Demonweb pits, long ago.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for all the votes everyone, finally made the HoF! :)
I am back after a long hiatus from NWN2 modding. Will have that Zehir update soon and fixes for the bugs mentioned here. _________________________ Smorpheus' Toolset Visual Index Link

Been using the old one and forgot to vote. Sorry about that. An expansion inclusion would be nice, however, what I got right now has helped me in my building more than I can express. Thanks for the Deluxe!
New Index will be updated in a few weeks after I've had a chance to mess with Zehir for a bit. _________________________ Smorpheus' Toolset Visual Index Link

At the moment, I'm taking of a tiny sliver of perfection because its not yet a full index including the expansions. As soon as this document has those and is proofed it will get a perfect ten with untold gratitude. It has allways pissed me off that Bioware and Obsideion do not include a basic manual for thier toolsets, and that they refuse to print a proper software manual for us to purchase (even if its some kind of by direct order only deal). I hate having to rifle through tons of scattered tutorials trying to learn the stuff I am not familar with and trying to reference things with tons of online documents that would cost a small fortune to print. Thank you so much for this reference and I hope very much to see a final reference of everything released in one package in the future! _________________________ LeClaire

Solid and something that adds alo of value to a builder. Jst being able to scan the objects, has allowed me to tweak areas, rapidly.

Awesome tool! I wish that I had known about it sooner. This is an essential tool with how awkward the preview is in the toolset. _________________________ NW2 Module Fallen House Celofraie

Hey guys, thanks so much for all the great feedback. After taking a lot of time off due to work requirements, I'm back to NWN2 mods. I just got the expansion and see it outdates a lot of the stuff in the Index. I'll be uploading v1.10 soon! _________________________ Smorpheus' Toolset Visual Index Link

I can't belived I missed this one until today O_o
Clearly deserves a 10 for your outstanding effort.
However, there are some armor/helmet variants exclusive to certain race/gender combinations (halfplate 8 p.e. is only available to human/elf/halfling/planetouched females). I have a list of this stuff and if you want I'll send you a mail. _________________________ In case you find my grammar/spelling weird sometimes -----> native german speaker ;-)

Great work. I have a fast comp but still the toolset takes several seconds to switch views. Thanks for the effort, big help. Placeables would be awesome.
