I give 8.5!
I think this will help BUT I think we should focus on polishing our servers for the next expansion pack. After the next expanison pack pwc and hak files will be auto installed by nwn client.
Worrying about the players joining is natural but its something obsidian messed up and has promised to fix. It's pretty much all on them and I trust they will do what was officially posted in the forums.

Well it didn't help me, as I was already familiar with the procedure of how to use PWC files. Just thought I'd check it out anyway.
You might want to polish your grammar a bit and then this little help file would be a nice addition for people who have no idea what to do with the PWC stuff.
But I'll definitely give you a good rating, if only for wanting to help other people.
