Lol, sorry, haven't checked here in a long while. You might already have noticed it but I answer your question just in case. The NWN1 Portrait Version is a separate download :)

Does this new version use the old NWN2 Portrait size?
Ah crap... the NWN1 version, and the IWD2 update as well, will contain a few new things in order to correctly show off the 3D portrait. Everything is in its final stages but the last graphical tweaks appear a bit more challenging than expected. It could happen that I have to postpone the release a bit. But don't worry, it will be released very soon ^^
@Radon: Lol, yeah the transparency masks gave me a headache at first as well :D According to your work, my opinion is that the 3D portrait will be messed up if the height is way too much above the width. Hmm... that gives me an idea but that needs a bit of testing first. If it works, I will include your work in mine. With credit of course ^^ I'll post your work here once the update is finished :) Thx a lot for your help.
Oh and the influence box is only being used in Mask of the Betrayer. If you wanna test it, you'll have to start a MotB game ^^
@exodustpa: Cool! I'm somewhat of a portrait freak myself. I fact, that's the reason why I created this mod in the first place X) But I have to admit that I don't have 1000 NWN1 portraits *g*

I dont mind a even larger char screen. Im a portrait freak so i would love as much portraits as i could use. making them 256x400 would save tons of hassle converting NWN1 portraits for use. i have like maybe over a 1000 nwn1 portraits and converting them to 128*128 takes wayy too much time for me which i dont have. Thanks anyway for the heads up
@Radon: Unfortunately that is something I'm unable to resolve. I have not the faintest idea, why the 3D portrait stopped working. If I just had a hint on that matter, I would gladly fix it. Sorry, but so far there's nothing I can do -.-

Is there any way to get the 3D Portrait back in the character frame if no picture portrait is choosen? I like 3D Models more and I want to keep the big Char Screen.
Sure I could do that. But in that case the character screen would be even larger than it is now. That's something only for higher resolutions. Unfortunately I have to rework everything and that will take a bit of time. Give me a while and I get to it ^^

Great UI change but is there any chance u could do a version that uses TGAs of the size 400(h)*256(w) which will make it way simpler to adapt NWN1 portraits for use with NWN2. Great job anyway though :O

Ok this add-on now looks absolutely great
I recommned this add-on a LOT
your game will look great now
Thx!
Alright... new files are up now. Thank goodness there're internet cafes *g* The variant version allows up to 6 portraits shown in partybar and overland map partybar before a scrollbar appears.
The portaits I used as an example aren't from a Bioware game. I just found them on the net. The Anubis images can be found on Deviantart.com and for the Purgatori image, just google for Dorian Cleavenger images :)
Unfortunately making the portrait images in the partybar smaller isn't that easy. At first you'd have to edit the partybar.xml in order to reduce the image sizes and then you'd have to edit the frame images as well. But you're right. The partybar images are really way too big. I'll will edit the partybar.xml files again in order to reduce the size but this will take a bit of time. I will upload the new files when it's done...

hey shin!
thx for answering
I found the pictures you used as an exmaple absolutely awesome
where did you get them, as I Have every game Bioware and company ever did
so I could maybe find them if you tell me :)
Thx again for this, any way I could ask for a change?
Here goes;
I cannot see all my party of 5 now, as the icons are too big
Is there any way I could be able to reduce the pictures to midway of what you did, or at least reduce the right side portrait sizes so I could fit 5-6 people on 1 screen?
Anything would help
thx
Unfortunately I don't have many IWD 2 portraits. I would upload the portraits from Icewind Dale 2 but I think that won't be allowed due to copyright restrictions even if the game's already 7 years old... However, you can find a good amount of custom portraits on sorcerers.net - Give it a try ^^

Thx
