This is a small modification to the NWN2 UI that modifies the size of the Mode Bar to 2x5 instead of the default 3x5. It also moves the Mode/Bard buttons over to the side to conserve space. More detailed insructions are located in the .zip file. It has been tested on 1024x768 res and on the v1.03 patch.

hmm well after installing it and plating with it, I gave you a 5 for effort ... unfortunately it is not compatible with the other UI mods I have like transparent loot bags, Large inventory and xUI, as I could not move the icons anymore to say; move 1 item from character F1 to Char F2 so for all it was worth and since I already had a reasonable layout I had to remove it.
But hey YOU made it which is more then I can say for myself ;) _________________________ Mea Culpa's Demesne

Hopefully not doing peer pressure the likes of which killed New Coke, this is my synopsis of my own creation. This is my first xml edit and the only programming I know is ow to make a computer beep in C++ with abstract classes for no reason. I would have given it a 5, yet I cannot say it is "solid". In fact, the only reason I made it was that I saw that very few UI mods out there changed the Mode Bar, and I run at 1024x768, so space is limiting. It was the second target after the worthless Rest/Player Menu buttons to go, so the xml is probably sloppy. The only innovative thing about it, that I can think of, (seeing as how transparent and compact have already been done) is the fact that it has vertical buttons and hasn't been thoroughly tested- hence un-"solid". If it makes you feel any better, I have it on my game and it hasn't died yet. Neither have I, but that's for the lichs, not me. _________________________ Signature. Hmm. Well, I tried to write on the screen, but it didn't show up. Somebody's lacking in technology. That's a wag of the finger unto you, host page. Let that be a lesson to anyone daring to have been named what they called themselves which might have been the obfuscator of technological achievements! Probably not, however. Have a cookie.

Yeah, the link is currently broken. Well, for me, anyway. In case anyone actually wants to use this, for some odd reason to be answered later, I have quote/unquote reported said problem with the button above. I still don't know what happens when you have more than 10 modes... hmm... hopefully the computer will explode. It's quite cold in my house right now... _________________________ Signature. Hmm.
