Created for users of the latest expansion who want even more, this compilation contains all of the most useful VFX sets on the Vault, updated for use with Mask of The Betrayer.
Just put the entire contents of this package into your Nwn2 override folder and check out all of the new VFX in the toolset. Here is a list of what you get, and who made the VFX:

Hmmm... I've looked at the 3C, but I think until it's more user-friendly; that is, with .erf files for the VFX, placeables, and all, I will have to stick with using my packs in my mod project. It's still pretty new... so I'm sure it will get a lot better with time. I'll check in, periodically, to see how things progress with the 3C. I voted a 10.00 for it, in any case, as I believe the idea is a wonderful one.
This is not intended to compete with the 3C. It was just a set containing all of the VFX that I find most useful on the Vault. Now, as for the 3C, I've checked and am thrilled to see it has been updated fully at last. An oddly funny thing happened, when I went to download it one day... what happened was that, around the 21, or 22, I went to download the 3C and I must have hit upon it right during it's update... as there was no Core pack up to download.
I thought, therefore, that it was not being maintined any longer. However... I'll be certain to check it out, now.
DeNevers, you and Mokah are welcome to use any item from either my VFX or my placeables pack, if there is anything not already in the 3C. Originally, I thought I was going to have to make my own compilations for use in the module I am creating, but now that I know the 3C is up to speed... I'll probably use that instead. Lol. So, no harm and no foul! I'll still leave my two packs up anyhow, just in case someone wants to make use of them for any reason. ;) Cheers!
The "team" you speak of is myself struggling for free time to devote to the project and Mokah saving my ass.
In other words (to the author of this pack): Since you seem to be interested in making/maintaining compilations, your help would be more than appreciated.
edit: The 3C project is a different breed as there is a whole team of people people involved who some kind of "garantuee" that this comp will be updated constantly _________________________ In case you find my grammar/spelling weird sometimes -----> native german speaker ;-)
With NWN 1 I was very happy with the various compilations as content there was overboarding over the years and a lot of submissons weren't updated by the original creators after a while.
But honestly spoken - NWN2 is young, still to be patched to 100% functionality and there's a solid probabilty for new official content.
Your effort is well-meant but *personally* I think its a bit *early* for compilations while original uploads are constantly updated and modified. no offense meant though. _________________________ In case you find my grammar/spelling weird sometimes -----> native german speaker ;-)
