This hak contains the minotaur models from a much larger idea I'm working on. This allows you to create minotaurs that can wear armor, dual weild or use double-sided weapons. One of the models also allows you to edit the appearance of the minotaur by changing the color of his skin, eyes, horns and hooves. The other uses the standard minotaur texture for skin. Both allow for much greater flexibility in implementing these essential D&D beasts. These can also be used with CODI's character creator to give you a very unique player avatar. Please let me know what you think as I am planning on adding more content, and feedback would help me to make sure what I'm doing is something the community wants.
Nice work. I think the hobgoblins might have a bit too long a nexk, but otherwise it's fantastic.

Well, before I convert it and put into my override folder I tested it out. Works like a champ! I made a first level monstrous fighter and exported him into my erf folder. I then opened him in Leto and used the Character Converter Wizard to convert him into a PC and hopped into a mod. The whole process took a couple of minutes. I took some screenshots and am already in the process of making a portrait out of one of them. Thank you again for making this killer hakpak! I put the word out to some of the guys who frequent Weathersong, so we will probably see more of these as player characters very soon!

I LOVE YOU!!! We were just discussing the need for such things........ I'll take some screenshots and make a portrait or two out of them once I get this into my override and make a player character out of it. :D

I'd love to see a kobold in full plate mail, that'd be great!

Great work! Now I can finish my War3 MiniMod !!! You could try to do the same with the lizardman, kobolds, gnolls and the other humanoid races... Maybe you could make a minotaur helmet using the Minogon head.

Ok, I've started on the hobgoblin as my next project. Like Excalibur said, it should be very simple to do the orc next. My question to you all is... How should I post these addtions? Would ya'll prefer individual haks or 1 large hak that incorporates all of them? Also, my current plan is to do all future races like minotaur 2. Meaning, changing the color of skin, horns, claws, etc will NOT be an option. If I find a way to better use the human textures, I may consider doing a 2nd version of each.

Hmm, if the Hobgoblin head were just removed, it could be an addition to the Half-orc ... body types are a little different, not much, but why not do it this way? :)

Great HAK idea! I really like it. If you do continue on others, consider me one more vote for Hobgoblins. I was delighted they added a Hobgoblin model in 1.30, but I wished I could customize it's clothing and armor and weapons more. I think they got the skin texture and face dead on...I just don't want all my Hobgoblins dressed the same way, you know? Keep it up! Loki Hakanin

Cool! The Monstrous Companiondom ;) (You can use that name if you really want to ;) heh though not sure if you would like to ... heh) A couple more suggestions: Resize the minotaur heads (with their mouths closed) for use on Half-Orc and Human bodies. Then we can have the Minotaur of Greek legend. If you do do the other races, that'd be sweet! I'd like to see the Hobgoblin as well (from SoU/1.3x) but please take your time and do it well :) I'm off to modify some 2D images from the game to give multi-colored cloth, skins, and other items ... there's a large number of sorely missed resources for crafting ;)

Very, very nice (just tried the minotaur) I can see alot of unique villians with this pack ... Here's a suggestion: Put the other Minotaur heads into the pack for variety. The shaman head would look great with metal colors adjusting the circlets on its horns. And you're right, the PC_2 version is much better with the basic skin ... ever thought about converting the basic skin into a PLT that can be affected with the skin/Hair/Tattoo chooser? keeping the texturing, but not the color? It might make for a pretty nifty affect.
