Description
You can't remember much of your childhood, although your parents said you had a terrible sickness as a child. One day, your family strangely vanished. Your life hasn't been easy so far--you've had to earn everything the hard way. You heard that the High Councilor of Ashabenford was looking for adventurers and was giving good rewards. You saw it as a chance to earn a living and some respect. At first glance, everything looked so simple. After traveling so long, you reached Ashabenford. However, in your first night, you were awakened by a nightmare. But the real nightmare was waiting for you when you awoke...
Yes you were very helpful. Thanks. If I don't hear anything about the next part in a month or so I may just go ahead and play it anyway.

I don't know if you can call it "cliffhanger", exactly. (Seriously, I'm not quite competent with the word in this context, I guess!) But I would say that the module definately needs a sequel as far its story goes; it certainly isn't *meant* to work, at least, as a stand-alone. It is an introduction of sorts. A most excellent and long introduction, though, with lots of really interesting stuff. I hope you're not right about the fate of its sequel! Also, I'm sure that many people would/will enjoy this even as a stand-alone. (Some comments state that this is one of the best, no matter whether there'll be a sequel or not.) That's all I can say; I don't know if I'm being helpful at all... _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

I had a feeling the next part would not come out. That is why I always wait until the second is out before playing the first. Can anyone answer this for me. If I do play this does it have a definate ending or some kind of cliffhanger?

Great mod, worked well and had a very interesting storyline. Didn't encounter any problems. Would love to play the sequel...

Awesome module, really like the burning house and the cutscenes, I reccomend this to everyone I know that plays. Hope to play the sequel one day... _________________________ Loudwater / KOW / Khalidine

Excellent! I had such a great time playing this. Very promising, intriguing story. And as has been pointed out earlier, too, the variety of quests was great. The areas were beautifully crafted. Also, I really liked the fact that the NPCs really interacted with each other at times. This suited very well my ranger (I chose the class on the basis of the list of skills mentioned in the readme). My only suggestion for improvement would be - and this, too, has been mentioned before - with regard to the lack of (relatively speaking!) dialogue and henchmen. Well, the ranger I played with wasn't the most social chap anyway. Thanks, Capulcu! And I cannot resist the temptation to ask for some news about the sequel which I look forward to playing. It'd be just great to know whether it still is in development. Thanks again! _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

I have a problem that I have not yet seen described. After Saman is initially defeated and he escapes, I tread further into the dungeon, encounter and destroy the mummy, and then nothing. I cannot unlock the gate, Saman does not reappear, nothing. What am I missing?
