Description
After finding out the truth about the prisoner, your focus turns toward another adversary, one Albertus Magister of Selgaunt. Of course, life is what happens while you're making plans. You still owe the Archenpriest for the truth spell, and he has a little favor to ask. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal when he first tells you about it; a little investigation, that's all... but you've learned that by helping the Harpers, you tend to get more than you bargained for...
broken right out of the gate. first time arriving in this mod from the previous, worked fine, but i talked to the archenpriest first. when it became apparent i was gonna get teleported to the action without a chance to look around first (was by this point already well past the bug point with no problems), i reloaded a quicksave from when i first arrived in the mod (hooknose). i checked out the shop, spoke with the girl, and then with the archenpriest, and when it came time for the dwarf to show up, he never did. archenpriest says "there he is now", a pause, continue shows up, i press it, and conversation is exited. dwarf's nowhere around. talking to archenpriest again just starts his conversation over, but it still stalls out at that same spot. so i reloaded from the autosave at the end of the previous mod, and re-entered the mod from tehre, problem persists. is there some way i can DM him in or something to get on with the mod, or any other available fix? ps: not sure if its relevent or not, but i noticed that when i entered the first time, it removed the ammy of control and the module tracer device from my inven on module entry, but when i re-entered, ammy was gone, but i still had the module tracer.

A great series of adventures. I really enjoyed the entire series. My female ranger really enjoyed traveling with the total hunkness. :D

..and so Eloryn S'lorm the Druid continued to be drawn into the web of the Harper. Uncertain of them to be sure. They did not seem to accept his word only at face value. He had proved his lady friend to be innocent; and maintained the balance of nature with the cities in the forests of Meliki. Could this finally be the end of his challenges and was his life long debt re-paid? A fine mod in the Hall of Fame series. This one in my mind was the weakest link in the "Harpers Tale". This mod with the rambling dungeon halls that criss crossed through a mountain became a little tedious in the middle - only to be thrown into another dungeon to confront the cult of the dragon. In fairness to this mod it is listed as hack & Slash heavy - an accurate assessment. However, this mod holds its age very well as of Patch 168. No plots or stages broken and a continuation of some very intertesting custom items ie. a druid circlet for my druid. Congrats Dave for another fine job.

Another well designed mod. I enjoyed this one more than the first. This series is addictively fun and has good character progession. This mod has some very tough fights, but if you played through the first one, you're used to it. Good job!

A great series. I played a rogue/harper scout/shadowdancer for the series. I had a blast, and I would recommend this series to anyone. My only complaint is the respawning of monsters. It was very tedious to fight the same monster you just killed over and over again. Otherwise, a superb series. Thank you for all your hard work.

I'm very much enjoying the series so far, it's a lot of fun. But now I have hit a bit of a snag. I'm in "Forest Below Hooknose Crag: Secret Ruins". Early on, Dent got petrified by a gorgon. He was removed from my party. I didn't have any stone to flesh scrolls on me, so I figured I would deal with the problem later. I went on to clear out the rest of the level. Ended up going back to the temple, bought a couple of the needed scrolls and went back to where I left Dent. He changed back to flesh, no problem. The problem is that he still doesn't show as in my party and I cannot direct him through the UI. His dialogue is still the set as though he is in my party. I can adjust tactics, etc. Anyone seen this before? I know I am not THAT far into chapter 2, but I hate to start over now... Thanks

Very good. Thankfully the combat got a bit easier in this part of the module, compared to the trauma that was Part 1.

This one was even better than the first module for me. There were some really exciting fights that I didn't know if I'd survive (and if I didn't prepare, most likely got my *bleep* handed to me hehe). I was more used to Dent by this time and had to laugh at most of his conversations. They were fun. I re-fought a lot of the encounters to build up some money for later, which was important for the third module I thought. By the end of the module though, I was really tired of making the hot cooked meals LOL. This module is included on the Romance Modules List in my signature. Very enjoyable! _________________________ Romance Modules List | Male Human Portrait | Anera Modified Portrait | Artwork | Voice Samples

not as good as the first two modules, unless you like mazes and lots of caves/passages.

Really fun module, and the rest of the series is great! Offers a nice balance of plot, adventure, and challenge. Thanks for all the hard work!
