The Kingdom of Arboril once was a peaceful and beautiful place. 100 years ago, King Edgar the Wise ruled the land and was loved by the people for bringing peace, prosperity and freedom to the land. But that all changed when King lost both his children, leaving the Throne of Arboril without a heir. Full of grief, the King laid the power into the hands of his advisor, the young Lord Gaeldorn. But, full of lust for power, Lord Gaeldorn's first and only intention wasn't to do good for his people. Since after King Edgar died, Lord Gaeldorn ruled the lands with an iron fist. The people's rights were taken away, replaced by a system of oppressive laws getting harsher each day. The more dissatisfied the citizens became with their new rulers, the more oppressive Gaeldorn's laws became. Decades later, it's a day like any other when you start to go shopping on Arboril City's Grand Plaza market. It is a day which will become the last normal day in your life...
Ya not sure if anyone else has had this prob but when I go to load Lords of Darkness I get the missing hack message n I've even gone into toolset to see what I am missing n I get 8 diff hacks that are missing n I've d/led the hackset thats on here... Anyone help please... I'm not having a prob w/any other mods I've d/led, just this 1 _________________________ "Let the Dragon ride again on the winds of time. The Prophecies will be fulfilled. Enjoyable storyline, great characters. My only complaints (spoilers): Alanya is a bit whiney. Likeable, but still just a bit too self deprecating. I really enjoyed this series! Well told story that unfolded at just the right pace. The romance was very well done, too; one of the best romances in a mod ever.

Nice low level start. I made Alanya a rogue. It would be nice if she would dual or multi-class. I later decided I did not want her as a rogue any more. One niggling detail was that when we first met, I made a comment about ignoring the law and took a hit on her liking me. She said that she highly respected the law or something like that. I looked at her character sheet and she is a Chaotic good rogue. If she were CG, then I should not have taken the negative attraction. Other than that, I liked this start. I had played this module several years ago, but never finished the series, so I am starting it from scratch. Well done.

Can anyone tell me which version of cep works with NWN 1.68? I'm having trouble playing this game when I try and talk to the quartermaster in the castle. It would be really appreciated
