Description
Part 1: Can your new builds survive in the toughest arena competition in the realm. Discover your opponent's strengths and weaknesses before devising a strategy to defeat them using carefully chosen equipment upgrades. Appraise both your character build and your playing style via an extensive stat-tracking and arena 'smart-scoring' system.
Part II: Join the massively fun Holy War battle mode.Try for the battlefield championship award, or simply watch as two uber armies struggle for victory. Sway the battle by alligning with one team or simply watch the action.
Part III: Gamble on your choice of team, challenger or champion. Using the Grim Reaper betting tote, you can bet in a variety of divisions.

Cep 2 and onword uses a different hak system then cep 1.5x (the cep 1.5x haks are not in the v2 installs). Seeing as installing two seperate versions tends to cause my NWN to go crazy at startup this module will have to wait. It looks quite nice though, wish I could play it without compromising a bunch of other modules I play.

Same as two others missing tlk file, sounds like a great game, too bad it is unplayable.

Just a hypothesis: People need the CEP 1.68_ck hack that fixes cloaks. It is not included in the CEP 1.53 download I don't believe. Could that be it?

No this module is broken. I have the latest Cep and nwn patches. Missing tlk files as the last guy mention and is unplayable.

Commche, Greets!! I'm glad to see you're still at it! I've just DL'd and would strongly suggest that you update the Arena as well as the other mod to reflect the latest patch. 1.53 CEP is outdated (as per CEP notifications) for patch 1.68 of NWN1. OK, there's no problem with using CEP 1.53 and 1.68 patch with AoC. I managed to play to the end with a new character without the crashes I feared. Of course the CEP cloaks look ugly with 1.68 but that's no problem: pick an armour without a cloak.

Alternatively, you can skip star lake. Its not required to finish the game. All you need to do now is defeat Mephistopholese in hardcore mode and then talk to him. You will then enter the final cutscene. (hopefully without crashing). Make sure you get damage res+20 and elemental resistances for the battle. He is pretty tough! Hmm, I'm a tad stumped by this crashing prob. I have all of the latest patches both CEP and HOTU and it didn't crash for me. I wonder if its related to the custom music in that area. Try going into the toolset and turning the background music off. Let me know the result. Sorry about these issues. I'll do what I can, but it's kinda hard when I can't replicate the problem. I'll try downloading the version here and see if it crashes. If that's the case, I'll just upload the version on my computer - the one that didn't crash - and we'll go from there. Let me know how the music theory goes though.
