This was a fantastic module! I had a couple of quests unfinished and will look at walkthrough to see what I did wrong. I just finished chapter 6. I played all 6 straight through. You have a real knack for storytelling. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see if you continue the story from this point. Really loved exploring the ruins of Myth Drannor.

to francis ... downloed cep 1.5x the 1.68 upgrade. Both these cep 2 can coexist without trouble. _________________________ "If it had been the Captain doing it, the cat would be lost, the tree burned down, and the old lady would be traveling with us now." - S.J.

Hello, I have been playing part 6 for a while and I cannot seem to get the Knights quest started. I have been to the eastern part of the city and can find nothing about the cult. I have explored every area east and have gotten no where. And how do I meet Elminster or Manshoon? I have seen them mentioned n posts but I have yet to meet them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

just a problem at the transition from part 5 to 6. My theory is that CEP 2 may not be compatible with part 6. i believe that the final version of part 6 was made available ahead of the release of CEP 2. anyway, i give it a 10.

very good. finally a game where i get to play my favored character race. few things, too much stuff and most i cant sell; merchants dont have the $$$ to buy. the abrubt ending, it just ended. also, maybe should had elistree(sp) as an option in ch 5. particually b/c she's a good drow goddess. over all, i liked the game! maybe more can be made to continue the drow's journey.

I need help. My evil Drow is in the Dawnstone mission. She defeated Elminster, and was sent to Limbo. After using the mirror, I had her leave via the teleportation system. Now when I return to where she fought Elminster, the door going up is locked, and for some reason there is no way to go down. How do I get up?

All in all, I thank you for this mod that kept me interested and entertained for weeks. _________________________ One feels inclined to say that the idea that man should be "happy" is not included in the plan of "creation". - Sigmund Freud

Added Non-linearity, length and a branching storyline to the already interesting mix of the former chapters. Pros: - Interesting, unique setup: I've never played as a drow before and as such, the setup was highly interesting. - Involved character: I could really get into my character. Rather than playing some farmer's son who gets into an epic plot that is without relevance to him, I felt that my character has a reason to be where he/she is. - Branching: the mod offers basically two different ways through the chapter. The motivation behind the action, as well as part of the dialogue, varies depending on another choice earlier in the chapter. - So much to discover: Right after getting to the non-linear part, I put the main story aside for a moment to discover all the unique places you've put into the mod. And that's quite a lot! - Epic levels: your mod brings the character all the way to epic levels. I've played so many characters that start with a toothpick and ends with it since the mod doesn't go over level 6. Cons Quibbles: - The encounters are varied, but the gear was too overpowered for those encounters. I met only two or three enemies over the course of the (long) chapter that were able to threaten my character - most of the time I clicked in the middle of a horde, then went on doing something else until my character was finished with them. Toning down the power level, especially the enhancement bonuses, would help making the encounters challenging. - The henchmen were impersonal - Lauril never got anything to say beside his initial set of dialogue. As has been pointed out before, Llomir was a far more interesting henchman. - Although you could select different branches for the storyline, the mod did not offer you many options once I had selected a branch (Mielikki in my case). Although the journal states "I don't know how long I will play by her rules", when the opportunity arised, I wasn't able to switch sides, at least not in dialogue. It seems that I could nonetheless initiate the side switch through action - which makes it all the stranger that I couldn't do so during dialogue. - The ending was too sudden. The most interesting aspect of a branching storyline is to get to know how the different choices affect the game world. It also encourages playing the mod more than once. As the rest of the mod is already highly encouraging (as the branches all look very interesting), not having an epilogue is wasted potential. Conclusion: A very thorough, satisfying experience with a few downers that however aren't grave enough to tarnish the massive positives of the mod. _________________________ One feels inclined to say that the idea that man should be "happy" is not included in the plan of "creation". - Sigmund Freud

Fantastic Mod, was actually very nice to be able to do them all in sequence. Only thing it really needs is an epilogue... quite the sudden ending. After spending so much time involved with the chars and world it would have been nice to get the epic finishing touches to it, or even a "note from the author". Nonetheless, very well done and enjoyeable.
