Since the beginning of time, the Rose Of Eternity has been in the mystical Garden Of Roses, tended to by the Keeper Of The Rose. It is said that the Keeper Of The Rose has the most beautiful singing voice, rivaled by none. She however does not sing for joy, but rather out of pain, for she is a prisoner in these gardens, forbidden to ever leave. Humanity is to blame for her misfortune, for as long as there is war and strife, she will be doomed to stay in the Garden Of Roses, and sing�
As she grows older, as petals fall off of the Rose Of Eternity, she continues to sing, in the hopes that mankind will change, but, they do not. As she begins to become an old woman, people pure of heart are born into the world. These people have the opportunity to change things, but alas, they make the wrong decisions, and the Keeper Of The Rose is left to her prison�And her singing�
As the age ends, she is born anew into the world again, hoping that mankind will change their ways. She has been going through this cycle for 4000 years. Will she ever be freed from her prison? In this life cycle, 6 unknowingly people will have the opportunity to make her wish come true.

Anyone who is using NWN version 1.66 and has an ATI graphics card with the latest drivers will have to turn off "Shiny Water" under the "Video Options" on the main menu in order to play through the "Challseus" quest. Bioware says this problem should be resolved with NWN version 1.67. I apologize for the inconvenience...
Custom music is not required, but highly recommended. It truly adds to the experience...
Please note however that if you do download the custom music, do not delete it when you are finished with this module, as it will be used in conjunction with new music for "The Rose Of Eternity - Chapter 2 - Cry The Beloved".
After you are done playing, DO NOT REMOVE THE HAKS!!! They will be used in "The Rose Of Eternity - Chapter 2 - Cry The Beloved".
As this module was developed back in 2004/2005, it is only compatible with

The best NWN module I have ever played. Why that horrible VVV thing is rated above this is beyond me. But this is the single best NWN module ever. I'm addicted to every aspect of this game. The Cutscenes especially where just amazing. My only gripe is Aramus build. His armor/build do not work. You have this character wearing cloth, and even with +3 AC on it, that's still less then what half the enemies are wearing for armor. I spent most of the module running around in an ugly red and gold leather surcoat because it simply provided better protection and benefits then the Green Cloak. This also made combat infuriatingly hard. Otherwise. My favorite module. Even in 2011 this module still beats out most games you pay for. I can't wait till you release the dragon age one. Ok nevermind was able to find a zip format of the cep I needed and was able to find the haks I neeeded. Your work is fabulous from what Ive seen so far, the worg riders, although I had seen them in a module of someones elses before, were placed at a great area, came out real fast and was a good challenging fight. The beetles burrowing was agreat idea and your whole consepte of having last resort actions is refreshing, the details so far, building furnishings, outside terrians looks top notched, I really feel like Im in a epic story and gonna be nice to see how, challseus and aramus meet up and how it all ties in. The jail scene in the beginning was good and the first keeper of the rose song is outright relaxing, look forward for whatever ya got instore hopefully after completing these two series, if ya want to keep the great work coming.

Hey Challseus need some big time help, Ive played the coming on my computer before and it ran fine, but recently I did a reboot of the entire nwn diamond edition and did a patch up to 1.69 and cep 1.53, question i checked all the haks on your list for the coming and there installed yet, when i load in it says missing hak, I went and checked the log on the nwn files, says iI still need the cepanatomy.hak,cepportrait.hak,cepplace.hak,ceptexture.hak,cepbaseitem.hak, and the cepcreature.hak. Any Ideas where I can find these, thanks for your time and for the great work that i've seen so far.

I don't know the entire situation, but when they made CEP 2.0 and up, and messed up earlier mods. Luckily, both of them can co-exist on your machine.
