Description
Version: HotU + SoU + CEP (v1) NWN patch 1.68 Description: King Tharg has noted your exploits in establishing the colony at Mithri, and has been impressed by your resourcefulness (from part I). As a result he has sent his herald Silverhand with a simple task; he needs his Court Wizard to help deal with the upcoming invasion of the Black Hand. The problem? The Court Wizard is at a monastery in the Wilderness, in the lands that the Black Hand is marching out of. The village of Mithri has not turned out to be the home you hoped for. Your actions have made life there uncomfortable. Even your friends - those that survive - have recommended you move on. It seems the king at least appreciates your worth, and fulfilling his errand is as useful a way as any to seek pastures new. It is not long before you will be treading unfamiliar depths in a race against time, thwarted by magic, feuds from the past and betrayal... Rules: Limited Rest (optional), Death options included, xp for kill and for skill/alignment/class/ability/deity use. Shoutable commands for better henchman control. Tasters: Multiple henchmen that interact with you and each other and act at times independantly. Plenty of custom content, illusions, rock falls, ropes... Comments:Feedback, especially from multiplayer, will be very well received - comments, improvements, etc, and is always responded to. Part III is now in development, but ideas are welcomed.

This update seems to be the standard version of The Wanderer II, not CEP. I just finished the first one and some my items were red crosses - I've opened it in the toolset and there's no custom content listed in the module properties. Please could you upload the correct version so that I may continue with my character, I enjoyed the first one a lot.

It's looking doubtful at this time, despite half of W3 being completed. I really have no idea if/when I will get the time to finish. I still intend to convert the series to NWN2, so that's the best hope. _________________________ Works of B G P Hughes: Link AME Chairman

Thoroughly enjoyed this module. Nice plot, excellent sense of urgency, fun crafting features, cool items. My only real complaint is: will I ever get an ending to the story!?

Another good one. The first module where "you're in a hurry" actually means something. Finished the trip in 47 hours, no resting, just regeneration, potions and healing kits. And obviously very little magic. Accompanied by Dwarf fighter, female fighter and the ranger guy. Just a whole lot of frenzied hacking to keep moving forward. Very different experience from the first one and not in a good way. Didnt really enjoy it as much as I could have, as the looming deadline made me skip a bunch of stuff. Like not going back for oil after the smith wanted it for mithril use. And I'm not going to play it another time either. There are just too many games and modules out there to play something twice. But having done the complaining. Looking at the module as what it was, instead of what I'd have expected it to be. I have to say it's a brilliant piece of work. The areas are as well crafted as can be, nothing's just slapped in there without a reason. Everything fits in place, everybody has a motive for being where they are. Sure hope there'll be part 3 later, even if the credible window for making NWN1 modules is going to end pretty much as soon as NWN2 hits the shelves.

A great improvement over the first module.

Entertaining, good story line. Very easy to get lost and miss stuff, sometimes very confusing
