Description
The end is near! Having destroyed the Giant alliance and discovering Lolth, Queen of the Drow was behind it all you now follow her to her own Plane to destroy her once and for all. It will be no easy task to walk the chaos webs of Lolths Plane and it will be no small task to slay her for she is not just powerful, she is a Goddess!
This module ends a 7 module storyline that has taken me well over a year to complete. I hope it is a fitting climax to those who have stayed with me through that time and those that d/load them in future.
Requires the 2 included Hak Paks (to be placed in the Hak folder of your NWN directory)
Latest: An optional 8th module that continues the story is now posted. The mod is not a PnP conversion but my own storyline. It can be found here: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Modules.Detail&id=4965
Continued this series solo with the Cleric(13)-Fighter(2) that finished D3 Vault of the Drow. Again found most encounters too easy for myself and my summoned companion. However this module shows more diversity that the previous ones in the series making it more enjoyable. In the end the final battle was promising to be most challenging, but I had gained a few levels since the beginning. Lloth had some prep time while my companions and I were dispatching her cannon fodder, I tried to cut it short by engaging her before we were done. She was damn hard to hit, I had scratched her a few times and she was still showing as "uninjured". So I harmed her for 1044 damage points and was able to lay the death blow on her in the next round. Ended up being a very short battle that gave me over 100,000 experience points! I guess I got lucky on the failed Spell Resistance roll she made. Clerics are great when that happens. Unfortunately my cleric is now 22nd level and too high to continue the saga in Q2 so I will wait and let another of my characters suffer Lloth's Revenge when they are ready to kick her butt. Thanks for these PnP conversions, it really reminds me of the early years.

The Beta version of an unofficial add-on mod "Q2 Revenge of Lolth" is just about finished. I hope to start play testing it within the next week or so. This is entirely my own work (not a conversion) but I have tried to keep it in the same game style as the G1-Q1 mods. I will not give the storyline away just yet and will post an announcement when it is ready. Should you wish to play it after Q1 then you may want to keep your character until Q2 is released. :) _________________________ Trev

Saxons1066 Glad you 're enjoying them. MINOR SPOILERS Once Prince Nilad has followed you through to "Beyond the wall" did you get a convo start up from him thanking you? It is a trigger set a few feet up the road spanning the road, which triggers the convo and results in 'end of side quest' reward and it is this point where he should leave. You may have missed the trigger or hit a glitch where it did not trigger. If it can not be found then you may well have to 'deal' with nilad. Had no feedback about this before but I will check it out. The other thing about being too advanced for xps is a HCR thing and to compensate for fighting lower level (creatures more than 8 HD lower)I upped the rewards for completing side quests etc. I have had feedback on this, and I will need to alter it (perhaps in the next update)as it irks a lot of players - sorry. Hope the xp rewards for completing quests make it up for you. _________________________ Trev

Trev, Overall, my wife and I are loving this series, we are having some issues with "Queen" we'd like to mention and need help with: !!Minor Spoiler or two!! 1)In the Frozen Wastes, we can't get rid of Prince Nilad, we've destroyed the Ice wall and he's followed us to "Beyond the Wall" but we can't get him to leave the party, either through dialog or from the radial menu. At this rate we're gonna have to kill him ourselves just to get rid of him. Any thoughts? 2) Just a small annoyance, after fighting a bunch of stuff, we are a little tired of seeing the "You gain no experience from this kill, your party is too far advanced in level." We're within the specified level range. This message once in awhile would be o.k. but it happens on most of the fights. On top of that we've had several battles where we get no message AND no experience. To us, the experience is more important than the gold, what's the point of the fight if you gain no experience? So, we need help with issue 1 (we're kinda stuck at that point) and just and FYI on issue 2, don't know how others feel about it. Otherwise, keep up the good work. Dan

I thought it was fun. Some of the battles, like with Lolth were rather tough with single-player, and there were some inconsistencies. Overally, like the rest of your mods, I had fun with this.
