Description
6/15/03: Jungle Hak. New music. Special script -- see the Some Assembly Required.txt. For v 1.29 and higher. Recommend new chars, or lvl 5 chars to start. This campaign is based on a novel I was writing 20 years ago and never finished. It is set 8 years after the destruction of the source stone (OC) in a backwater rural town of Santa Cecilia. It features a rich story line, suspense, and a lot of attention to details in areas. Plenty of role play opportunities, and enough action to keep hack and slashers interested. Classic Action/Adventure. I think you'll enjoy it. Some areas light traps, others heavy. Some cursing by NPCs; PG-13 rating. Readme file enclosed. You should d/l 'Citadel of Blood Chapter 2' and 'Citadel of Blood Chapter 3' for the complete series.
Very good module. Was enjoyable to play despite being an older module. Story line not strong, but very humorous in some spots. The encounters are well done.

A good adventure module. A decent story and nice fights. Indeed a bit dated now, but still good. Played this in multiplayer with a party of four. It says Occasional DM required, but we didn't need one. Same problem as in the OC, namely that having a stone of recall (or Travellin stone in this one), the game is just too easy. We only used the stone once or twice, though. Powergaming, hack and slash, kinda story orientated adventure, and a very good one. Definitely better than the OC, but then that doesn't require that much.. =)

Story was poor, too much Hack'N'Slash, kinda boring.

This must have been great addition to the mods available at some point! I cannot resist questioning the coherence of the time travel story here... **** SPOILERS **** The character goes back in time, and does something because of which something because of which the whole story is taking place doesn't happen. So, presumably the character doesn't then go back in time. But, well, she also does... ; ) _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

I give a ten to offset the unfairly low scores given by some to this highly entertaining, and for me at least, bug-free module . Still stands up with the best stuff on the vault after all this time. Great Work Trinity and thank you ! I am surprised I had not found this gem before :-)

Trinity, very nice module. I had not a single bug and had a great time with the story and the battles. The time travel quests were particularly fun and brought back some OC memories. Thanks for a very good design. Looking forward to the rest of the saga.

This mod has been alot of fun and I look forward to completeing the series. I seem to have lost Roberto's head during a multi player game crash and would like to regenerate it to complete the quest. If someone could provide the item name, I would like to regenerate it via dm_spawnitem rather that restart the entire mod.

For the quest to find the book in the goblin cave, my half-orc couldn't fit through the geometry of the cave opening; the teeth kept getting in the way. I'm not sure if it's something you did for this mod, or if it's nwn tiles. If it's nwn, I'm amazed they haven't fixed such a silly problem. I usually play human or elf, so I never noticed this problem before. I did have the half-orc henchman in the main game and he never seemed to get stuck like that, but then henchmen warp to you when you zone, so... anyway, any ideas for how to proceed with my half-orc, or am I just stuck using a human?
