There are three actual areas to explore in the first main area. They are optional, and for extra items and weapons, and equipment. The Elven Woods holds Mordread's Tower and Brookmere. I would explore every area to give that edge you will need.

Description
700 years ago, a great evil invaded the elven kingdom of Brookmere. A vast horde of monsters forced the elves to retreat from the place they called home. Thus the great evil has remained in Brookmere these past 700 years.
You have arrived in Sith. Setting up camp in the Thieves Woods, you come across a warrior, which the like, you have never seen before. It seems your paths are going in the same direction. Whether you know it or not.
His name is Omegaptolemus. Coming from a realm called Greece. With shield and spear in hand, he challenges you to help him rid the Thieves Woods of its dangerous denizens. But this is only the beginning.
Journey through a land filled with monsters never seen before. Fighting side by side one of the greates warriors Greece and Sith ever known. It is not long before, your destiny takes you to Brookmere.

I met a Vargouil in a wizard's tower. Appears to be 20+ in level, immune to all magic and has a damage resistance that a level 23 Red Dragon can't hit through. Only thing that even manages to scratch it is dragon breath. I am not sure if there are weapons that can negate it, but if they are they would need to better then a +8.
All links and haks have been reposted. Now you can play with no problems! New elements have been added to the game as well. Lord of Worm's updates 9 has added over 50 new creatures to the mod. So you can make mods over than FR? This was a master piece! Original story and characters were very well developed. I love the set design as well. Bringing in Greek Mythology was well placed too. That's going to be a big genre coming up soon. Alot of movies and books coming out. You beat them to it Ken. Great mod!
Hey Midnight I think Ken updated the haks above so you can play it now. Another thing you could do is go in your toolset and change the name of the haks to match the list. A little more work, but it's worth it, trust me. Ken's in Mexico and who knows when he will return. I think he said April. _________________________ Let's not mince words. This module looks visually stunning, and I do want to try it out, but some of the Lord of Worm links aren't working and as a result I cannot get wrm_seasonalv10x.hak, wrm_pw_skies.hak, wrm_pw_wings.hak, or wrm_pw_updates4.hak

Just finished the mod n except for some bugs it is a good game. I really enjoyed it.
Another bug is when your in the crypt, you kill the vampires n they turn into those forms they go to the door n block you from being able to leave so that was another area I had to avoid due to unable to leave lol.

Playing the revised version and on the Grey tower (I think it is) it keeps crashing especially when you come out of it. I can't even load the game now cause I saved my character in the tower n welp it won't even load now. Hopefully its not important to the quests cause thats 1 area I need to avoid. Sorry about the frustations. Really. I know the journal in this one is lacking to non-excistant. To answer your question, no the dragon is a bad guy. Exploring the land of Sith is fine. You really don't have to do it in any order. Just save Brookmere for last if you can.....

the lack of journal entry is really annoying, I meet mordred, he ask me to go to a cave on the west just after a small bridhe, didn't find arrea transition on the west of the map, nor any small bridge. I meet a grotte with an hostile dragon (wasn't it supposed to be neutral?)

It's difficult to play this module, because there's too few journal entry which sum up story, as a french. it's difficult to follow every dialog, and it took me a lot of time to realize that I must go to brookmere instead of trying to kill half liche who guard grey tower, omegaptolemus told me it just after killing Nag, but frankly I missed it because I used to look at journal entry to read what's next to do. _________________________ You want an intro for your mod? Thanks for the input. Sounds like less haks would be wiser or making my own hak paks. I am still working on a revised version to fix crash problems.

I played through again and this time I started a new pc at level 1 and had less trouble in the Thieves' Woods with crashing. It still crashed a few times, usually at a transition point where it needed to load an area. The hakpaks were extensive, and I would second jbaudrand's suggestion that you create your own. It takes almost as much time to download and install the hakpaks as it does to play the game.
I also experienced headless NPCs. Mordred, Myrid and Athena all had no craniums. Looked like some of the headless zombies I've run into in other games.
This was a very entertaining module to play and the scenery and graphics were stunning. I understand why you would want to use those instead of taking the time and effort to create them again.
By the way, what happened to the thread involving the prince who was kidnapped? That was the one and only journal note I got, and unless I missed out on something it was not addressed. I suppose since you explained this is the beginning of a series, that will be carried over in another part.
What a blast you must have had playing these pnp stories with your dad! He has to be an extraordinary person to have instilled so many rich experiences with his son. I hope you realize how fortunate you were to have him.

I am playing with a 13th level Ranger(9)Rogue(2)Wizard(2)and seem to be doing OK at that level, but the game keeps crashing and it makes continuity a bit difficult. Can you suggest anything to stabilize the game? I use WindowsXP and have plenty of room and ram. I'm afraid it might be one or more of the many hak files I downloaded. It took some real finageling to get them all downloaded and installed. I especially had trouble with the directions for the Greek heads hak. I finally put it into my Neverwinter Content Builder and installed it and the helmets are appearing all right. But something is causing the module to be unstable and crash frequently. Any suggestions?

I am pretty sure that the minotaurs in the swamp had heads, but then again, I was playing an archer and they were dead before I got close enough to get a good look.

This looks very nice. I just wanted to say that your dialogues are out of order sometimes.
For instance it's possible to ask Omega if he really means to pay such a large amount before ever knowing about the money.
Same with the elves. Also, minor typos, - such as "Are intentions" where you clearly mean "our intentions"
...and it would be really nice if the Journal was updated with the current quests, since it gets a bit hard to keep track of names and places otherwise.
Other than that, and the fact that despite having all the .haks mentioned above, Athena and some of the minotaurs are headless, it looks to be a pretty good adventure.

Wrm_updates is a 3 part 7z file and needs all three to extract it, you only linked part one, unless I missed something. found the other 2 parts on the liked page
