This set of scripts will allow you to add persistent housing, persistent placeable furniture, and persistent containers (in the houses) to your gameworld. It uses the bioware DB for data storage, and has been tweaked for optimum performance. The system is quite easy to add to an existing world, there are no heartbeat operations, and data writes only occur when an item is dropped or picked up (in one of the housing areas.) Also, I've done my best to eliminate duping exploits that exist in several other persistent storage systems. Check the readme (included in the zip) for more information and instructions on installation. If you have any questions or comments, go ahead and post them in the comments section, and I'll try to respond promptly. Look at my other scripts to find the CEP addon.

In the test module, there's a switch that will clear out the DB entirely. I believe that someone has made a DM wand which will remove the owner from a house. In the version I was working on, the DM Tool did have an option to remove people. Yes, I said, "was working on." I have been unable to work on NWN development for a few weeks now. I have a new project that I'm involved with that's taking up most of my time. If I catch a break, I'll package up what I have done with HH and release it, however, due to the new project, I don't think I'll be able to continue development of NWN mods in the future. I may release my questing scripts, though last I checked, they were pretty confusing.
