This module was originally part of a larger work, but now exists solely as a coffee-break mini-module - something short and hopefully sweet to kill spare time before work/school etc. There's scope for roleplaying and combat, but the module is quite brief so don't expect anything too epic. The module contains some new items and 2 new monsters
IT's taken from a side quest i ran as a DM in my own campaign setting, but there's nothign so specific it cant be taken to be set anywhere
@ Nadri - in case you have killed the last creature, just return to the village and speak with the Mayor to finish the mod _________________________ Wyrin Legacy of White Plume Mountain - A Faerun sandbox classic D&D adventure! Wyrin's NWN2 blog

Hi Nadri, THere should be one more creature to find in the lake and that is the source behind the troubles (HINT - look in the corner north of where you found the lizard). Glad you;re enjoying it! _________________________ Wyrin Legacy of White Plume Mountain - A Faerun sandbox classic D&D adventure! Wyrin's NWN2 blog

Uuh, I'm stuck (probably it's me that's dumb). I went into the lake, killed all that needed killing, talked with the lizardman, but I have no idea on how to go forward. I'll vote it when I'll finish it, but so far nice mod.

I can't believe I forgot to vote on this when I played it. I had a lot of fun and enjoyed meeting a goblin that didn't need stickin. _________________________ Help is good when asked for, Better when needed. Gaming Parents Studios

thanks for the vote. anyone who played a walk in the woods will know my problems with not being able to see my own spelling mistakes - and believe/beleive is one i'm very prone to - sorry! but glad you enjoyed it! _________________________ Wyrin Legacy of White Plume Mountain - A Faerun sandbox classic D&D adventure! Well, this really is quite good, the areas could probably use a little extra "polish" of some kind. (Sorry, but I can't really explain what they are missing. It's more a feeling than anything else.) Typos and missing punctuation marks abound. Personal pet peeve of mine: "believe" is spelled "beleive" throughout the mod. But, the good parts: Good action and (this really matters a lot, I think) quests and ideas that show a lot of personal style.

This for me is one of the few mod out there i've played with proper dialogue options and cponversation that isnt stilted. THe 'second area' is nicely done. It's a little too obvious this was hacked out of larger work, but it does stand on its own. Pity we couldnt see more

Yup - I fully understand. I think that it was a great choice to release this bunch of side quests as a mini mod of its own. :) I hope you get two more votes soon so that this one will get more visibility in the Top Rated list. Cheers, Lariam _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

Hi Lariam, Thanks for the comments - I forget to check back on this one sometimes. I'd love to flesh this mod out more and had a lot planned, but the scope just became unmanagable - being based on my pen and paper campaign, theres a lot going on. THe Severed Druids were a big part of my campaign setting (based in an area which was recovering from a large war between druidic sects) and are something I might come back to in the future. Thanks again _________________________ Wyrin Legacy of White Plume Mountain - A Faerun sandbox classic D&D adventure! Wyrin's NWN2 blog
