This is a configurable plugin to assist in randomizing trees in the NWN2 Toolset.
There are options for # of seeds, as well as X, Y, Z scaling randomization.
Just drop the dll in your NWNToolset/Plugins folder, and enable unsigned plugins, and enjoy!
Version 1.01
* Added version number
* Corrected spellings  Version 1.02
* Fixed a bug where the randomizer was using 1 less seed that it had assigned. Trees should be even more random now! Version 1.03
* Recompiled with release binaries (1.01).
I loved it when it first came out but without continued maintenance it very quickly becomes useless. _________________________ You're the kid of some big almighty Kahuna out there.

I love this plug in. I use it as one of the finishing touches on nearly every outdoor area I create. Thanks!

Thank you very much for this contribution! _________________________ "That is not dead which can eternal lie and with strange aeons even death may die".
3) It would be handy to selct the trees instead of using all trees. Again, I hope that my comments are senseless now, because this was already bettered. :)
1) Patch 1.03 recompile?
2) I dont know if this changed already, but I found it rather unpractical that it used a variance only, insted of giving a max and minimum value. Using it two times (in an early version) lead to really flat trees because the changes added up.

It seems the plugin is no longer compatible if you update the game/toolset. I recieve an error message when the toolset tries to load plugins which is consistent with version problems other plugins have experienced. I guess where it says this version is 1.03 it is not referring to NWN v1.03 but your plugin version. :)
It would be very nice if this got fixed and this tool is invaluable when creating large forests.

Ah, suggestion: Could you add min/max values to the range? Instead of stating a variance, state a min and max value?

Vendalus: I recompiled the tool to reset the tree scaling to 1 if that is what you enter for it. If Aokis doesn't mind, I can post it on the vault with the updated changes.
BTW Aokis: Absolutely great plugin! _________________________ Come with me...

Good tool, I'd like to see more options, but still this took is quite useful.
I uploaded a new version on 11/2 that was compiled against the release toolset. I just re-tested it this morning, and it works. Try re-downloading it? _________________________ Aokis
In order to reset, I'll have to go to the blueprints that each tree was made from and copy the scale from there, as they are not all set at 1.0. I'll try if I can find time, but I've gotten pretty busy lately. _________________________ Aokis
This is great. One quick suggestion: It would be nice to be able to reset the three scaling numbers on a run. I've run the tool several times and I've got some short trees that are down to only 32% high. Could have been user error, could have been multiple runs causing this effect. Either way, it would be great to be able to reset everything. (Although maybe I'm just missing that option somewhere else.) Thanks!

I agree with the person who said it would be great if you could activate it on a selection of trees rather than have it influence every single tree.
Unfortunatelly, it doesn't work. It says Invalid Operation when I click on your plugin. _________________________ - Or-Horo's Rings - Link

Suggestions / Ideas: It would be great to only work with specific tree types. A restore button - playing around, scale can get more out of whack and a restore to default scale would be nice.
