pack/unpack MOD, PWC, HAK and other ERF-type files with my "swiss army knife" for the "encapsulated resource format".
it uses OEIShared.dll (included) for all file-operations, so please _do not_ unpack this tool to nwn2-install-folder, or the next patch will update that library. use any other (sub-)folder instead!

Awesome! I've not really needed to make hakpaks yet, but I was pretty dismayed to find there's no NWHak maker for NWN2. What's the point in having a system which lets you use hakpaks if the community can't create them? I rate this a 10. An absolute must have, and perfect in an emergency. My toolset crashed in the middle of a save, and as a result, I was unable to reload the module through ordinary means. NWN2Packer was recommended, and sure enough, after a quick install, I was able to open my corrupted module and salvage all my data....this saved me literally weeks of recreation. Fantastic!!!!

no, sorry, i wouldn't take a matter like this lightly... i've not been playing nwn2 for almost two years now, and with two cute kids and a demanding job there's just no time left for further programming anyway. i always knew i'd eventually detach from this truely amazing community, so i tried to leave my work as finished as possible, and in case anyone would like to continue what i started i published my source codes as well.
as usual after a new patch i also updated these tools to reflect the latest OEIShared.DLL - other than that there's no changes to the tools themselfes.
this time i also included the source codes, because this is my last update - i'm sailing on.

Funziona perfettamente.
Per chi usa gli HAK ricordo che quando importa il file .erf in un nuovo modulo deve ricordarsi di impostare gli hak nelle proprietà del nuovo modulo. Un'alternativa è fare un mod identico a quello completo ma primo di tutto e di usarlo come base ogni volta che si importa il file erf. In questo modo non si perdono le impostazioni del progetto originale.
