commandline version of NWN2Packer, can pack/unpack hak/mod/pwc/erf files as part of batch-files. now includes OEIshared.dll v1.12 (1295), so can be used with any version of nwn(2). as with NWN2Packer: don't install to your nwn2-folder!

HAK/MOD/PWC/ERF-packer for nwn1 & nwn2. includes OEIshared.dll v1.13 (1407), so this can be used with any version of nwn(2). please do _not_ install into your nwn2-folder, otherwise next patch will overwrite OEIshared.dll and break my tool. any other folder will be fine!
