This tileset aims to be a collection of the best community tiles, improved standard tiles, and plenty of brand new content brought together as a large City tileset skinned to suit the great new tilesets added in the last NWN patch.
This release will be compatible with all future releases and updates, and should be considered a stable base to build with.
New features in this update:
- Walkable Citadel roofs with access
- Completely remade Pit terrain, with Stone Bridges
- Citadel and Pit terrain can be placed alongside each other
- Reskinned the ship models to look far nicer
- Several new features/groups
- New loadscreens now added
Other highlights include:
- Walkable Castle roofs with access
- A whole new fully integrated Church terrain
- MDA's award nominated City Bridges
As this is a beta release, there will be bugs. Particularly with doors, edge tiles and a few missing minimaps. However, it is a basically stable base to work with, as most errors are aesthetic only.
I would respectfully ask that the content found here is not repackaged, or rereleased or included in any other custom content project, in an altered or unaltered state, in any way without my express permission and that of any other involved parties, on a case by case basis. Cause I used this years ago, was impressed, and never voted. Became a little too unwieldy for a PW sadly.

Definitely deserving of HoF.. how did I not vote on this?

This is just what I was looking. Very good job, completely recommended! _________________________ "There are many paths that should not be taken. Those, however, often offer the greater rewards."

I never voted on this? God, I was lazy during my NWN1 days... this definitely deserves HoF, loved building with it. :) _________________________ Middleforest - An upcoming NWN2 PW Skins for all races

Nice addition to NWN, thanks. _________________________ My Website: Link
I know I'm quite dramatically late responding to these posts (where does all the time go?) but I'll make an attempt anyway. But first, thanks for all the response and praise over the years - it really means a lot, cheesy or no. And I know I keep saying CC City is going to be updated, in fact I've probably been saying it'll take a month or so for the past year. I'm afraid it's a case of there just being the amount of work to do that it's far enough away not to release, but too close to finished to be high on my priorities. Added to that, I've been so out of the compilation circuit (having well and truly got into brand new content creation years ago), and I'm of course working on this set alone now. So I'm sorry for any disappointed that has been caused by the radio silence.
Erevis: I'm not sure about the stripes you speak of, I don't experience it myself, but these things apparently differ by graphics card and driver. I will personally re-compile those textures from targa to Bioware .dds format as soon as I get any work done on this set, which hopefully will fix any remaining texture corruption. _________________________ --- What can Q do for you? --- Undead Redux 2 | Wild Woods Tileset

What a great addition to the builder's options. It's been in my list of HAKs since I found it. Thanks for the work!

Hey im getting these strange black and white stripes on door transitions, pipes and some other (usually metal, possibly with a gradient added?) textures in this tileset.
gave it a 10 because its exactly what i wanted and i am presuming the problem is on my side - can i get some help or someone to point me towards help with it?

I find the bug, the problem is in 2 bad model doors, one in the high sea tower whit the door on top, and high city bridge door, both sea and land.
They make the tolset crash when you reach those door area and they turn visible, and send you to windows, straight away.
Any way, this tileset will be always, one of my favorite.
id like to make a note on a bug issue, if you care for the attention on it. though you may not like this tilset very much, i love it! its perfect for what i want, but as any artist goes were never satisfied with our work >.<
i would like to bring something to your attention and its a texture issue i am having. now before i say it, I just wanted to throw it out for perhaps a later note? whatever you want to do is up to:
when i downloaded your latest version i am getting white texture spots on much of the buildings and cobble/ ground. actualy practially all of the set is almost white, save the exception of all the TNO textures. i figured it had something to do with a hak conversion issue, but after doing it in a blank module i find that it seems to be missing textures alltogether. any suggestions/ reasons why this could be? also i just figured id bring it to your attention :)

To be honest, there are a lot of things that I'm not happy about in this set, mainly artistically. Things such as that horrid stone road crosser. These I'm going to be reworking drastically, the stone road crosser I've already done in fact. I'm also most of the way through making Castle and Citadel terrains compatible with water so you can have moats, coastal castles, etc.

No worries everyone has real life and stuff like that. I read you plan to add new stuff to the hak. Those would be awesone, but I believe the hak is fine as it is only the aesthetic things like edge titles and doors need to be fixed. If you will fix those on the next update even if you leave out the new content I thing everyone shoud be happy.
Greetings, Ciuleanu Adrian. I apologize for the delay. Just that I've been very busy in other departments, and that CC City is a huge piece of work to get stuck into enough to produce an update. Should get some attention after new year, methinks.
It's a known issue and will be fixed in v2.2. This current tileset version is for building purposes, and I strongly advise builders against actually letting players onto it.
I'd like to request patience from everyone, in any case. I'm very busy with other projects such as Project Q, and since I've been left to work this set alone for the past month or two, progress is for the moment slow. _________________________ --- What can Q do for you? --- Undead Redux 2 | Wild Woods Tileset
Am I doing something wrong? There are textures missing from the "distance" part. Like if I use the city buildings and create a street that goes up to where the area ends, the visual rendition of the rest of the distance lacks texture... I was in love with this tileset till I found that bug. Is it a bug that's fixable or is it the way it's constructed?
All the current ruins tiles are Bioware tiles tweaked and reskinned, so blame them. I think the ruined tower is supposed to be the cloaktower, yes. _________________________ --- What can Q do for you? --- Undead Redux 2 | Wild Woods Tileset

Oops ... missed "state building, ruined". That's another good one. The "tower, ruined" does not seem to have a corresponding non-ruined feature (unless you intended the cloaktower to be the non-ruined version). Hmmm... city exterior doesn't have a non-ruined tower, either ...

If/when you get back to this tileset, I would love to see more burned/ruined buildings. I currently see 3 1x1 houses, one 1x1 plaza, the 2x2 ruined tower, and two 1x2 groups. That's pretty good, but it gets repetitive for a city quarter that's been destroyed by invaders. In a perfect world, each feature/group would have a ruined/burned version. Obviously, that's a lot of work. Any additional ruined buildings would be much appreciated.
The Q announcement has thrown my work patterns haywire, and the upcoming Halloween in addition means CC City is no longer my active project. November may bring about CC City v2.2, but for now the city sleeps. _________________________ --- What can Q do for you? --- Undead Redux 2 | Wild Woods Tileset
