Second time playing this n so far this is def worth a 10 but um SirOtus you are gonna finish this series right lol please... Hey n whatever happened to my henchman from the first episode, I had the female cleric I think she was... Was hoping to be able to rescue her... Anyways the game so far is excellent, thank you n I hope to see another quest added to this :)
mr2131: I had the same thing happen to me too, maybe SirOtus might be able to let us know why... I think I may have an idea but not sure... _________________________ "Let the Dragon ride again on the winds of time. The Prophecies will be fulfilled. The Dragon is Reborn."
Ok. What did I do wrong. In the Kuo Toan Fortress, the Sea Elves didn't come to my rescue, they came in as hostiles.

Whoops saw comment below. I went straight to post new comments so missed it spot/search skill - 10.
Anyway just finished it and thoroughly enjoyed it this time around again. Escaping from the sewer was very tough, lots of reloads. On my escape my character must have looked a terrible sight I had 1 hp, diseased, poisoned (all abilities were in the red except for str), this has to be the most challenging escape from a prison part in any mod. Although I may have mentioned this before when I used a cleric first time around a bit easier. Used a 1rg from part 1 and finished as a 3/4/3 rg/ftr/Assa. Unfortunately I have now become neutral, so not very well roleplayed on my behalf.
Still had the sliding effect, worst example I am sliding backwards a gel cube is sliding forward, zap bang goes my comp longbow. Also the sea elves at the end go hostile once more.
Finished pretty close to 11th lvl, higher than first attempt because I probably talked to everybody.
I guess the centaur, succubus quest is for part 3? Although met the mercs at inn (relating to centaur) before visiting exotic store. After speaking with centaur I tried to visit mercs again but door was locked. Also could not complete the shaugin quest at dragon reef. Not sure why went down again to explore.
Thought the AI of some nme was very good as they would attempt to dispel buffs.
What saved me was the +1 soak 15 damage armour from part 1. Numerous critters could not damage me. Although a critical may lead to upto 9 pts damage.
Gold was limited which was good but I compensated by making traps and recovering traps to sell, minor electrical traps also used prior to combat.
Made to order weapons and cloaks. You could make a pretty good profit by selling them to the guild. Weapons were rogueish, although my character had 2WF, amb and wpn focus longsword. Found a lot of +1 longswords.
THis is from part 1. Killed the moneylender just by trying to open desk and ONLY all npcs (excluding possible companions) became hostile at inns/taverns. If innkeeper or waitress was killed evil alignmnet shifts.
Anyway looking forward to part 3.
Increased vote from 9 to 9.5 as well

Took a charcter through afe1 and started on ch 2. Stuck in Docks district sewers. Got a note about a pipe but can not get past the huge green slime and can not damage it at all. My search skill is OK (7) but I can not find a way past it.
"Cure Disease" to kill a slime - I shoulda thought of that!
Is there any word on Chapter 3? This is a great series by a very talented writer and the story is not done yet! Aargh! (I will vote after finishing.)
Green Slime is notoriously difficult to kill, since they are virtually impervious to most types of physical and elemental damage. They are slightly susceptible to cold, fairly vulnerable to fire, but the best way to kill 'em is to simply cast a "Cure Disease" spell on them... _________________________
I keep having an issue with the slimes I encounter. Mostly I can't seem to kill them at all is there some item I missed or a trick to fighting them? At them moment the slime I'm having trouble with is the Huge Green Slime in Pirates landing.
Sorry for the confusion, but everything is working fine - there is no bug. Your Mission in Tyn Mawr is established after you speak with the Mayor. I merely had Lady Calewiel invite players to speak with her upstairs so that players would 1) now know they can exit the basement; and 2) that Lady Calewiel may have important hints/news from time to time. When you first start out, she'll only offer basic temple services. Later on, she'll have more to say... Sorry that conversation line made you think you were stuck - go ahead and venture to the Elite Barracks and get started on the Mayor's mission(s)! _________________________
Um, help? I've started playing the moduke and after my conversation with the Mayor, lady Calewiel says that she has information that are imortand to my quest, and that I should speak with her before I leave. But when I leave the basement and enter the Temple to talk to her, she doesn't say anything regarding the quest. She just offers me temple services?
Has anyone had this bug happen before? what should I do?

Quite good a very good setting and story. Unfortunately, some sycronization issues: both bosses got stuck at doors not opened or closed before they had passed through (I had to re-load a couple of times until it worked fine).
Waiting to play the third chapter :)

Great use of the undersea tileset before there really was one! There are precious few underwater advntures on the Vault, and this one does not disappoint. I can't believe the depth you put into the conversations and quests - the story really comes to life. Congrats on another great mod - I especially like that it is a challenging one! Great job!
Well, I believe I'm near the end in the color riddle, but in room 1, I lit up all six color palettes, only to find out in room 2, I need to light up more in order for everything to add up to six. However, there is no way to do this since everything is lit up in room 1, and I cannot return to room 1, and I saved in room 2, so I believe there is no way to continue.

On second thoughts it's a bit petty not to vote when it's so near having 10 votes. I can't really give it a 9 with free respawn in a fairly heavy combat module though.
