A lone singleplayer 1st level character may find some encounters though.

Description
B3 - Palace of the Silver Princess
This is the module B3 - Palace of the Silver Princess. It is intended for a begining party of adventurers. This remake is based on the work of the author Steve. I changed a few things, removed some empty spaces and added resting restrictions and respawn penalties. Then I made changes to a number of scripts and in order to prevent backtracking I added an item to simplify shoping.
The P&P module was originally made by Tom Moldvay and Jean Wells for TSR 1981. Some minor changes has been made to the introduction. Otherwise it is very much like the original.
Introduction You have heard rumors about the city of Haven. That a dragon rider appeared in the skies over the valley and that he landed and entered the palace of the silver princess holding a shining red ruby. And now all contact is broken and a red fog has settled over Haven. Do you have the courage and strength to find out the fate of the Palace of the Silver Princess?
jfoxtail, I have merged B2 and B3 and created a larger adventure as you wished. It is posted to NWvault now but it is pending approval. Have fun, Tim _________________________ Intelligence - The ability to plan ahead. Wisdom - To actually do what you planned.

Solid Module. My group of 3 started brand new characters with this module and everything went well. SPOILER Thanks for opening the town of Haven after finishing the quest. My group hates not being able to return to town after a quest.

jfoxtail, No need to beg. I will try merge them and if it can be done smoothly I will make the b2/b3 combo available. Now, if I only had a few days of spare time... Thank you for your feedback and overall support. Sincerely, Tim _________________________ Intelligence - The ability to plan ahead. Wisdom - To actually do what you planned.

PS One of these days I will beg/bagger Tim into combining the mods B3/B2... :D The Princess could give the quest to check with her urate in keep... or something along theat lines. It would be a great 1-5 or 2-6 mod if combined - say 8-10 hours. Perfect 2 game fit for hosting playing...

Just adding comments.... I played B3 then B2. Solo and hosting buddies. Solo - I started with Level 1: Elf Ranger - made level 5 Dwarf Warrior - made level 4 (near 5) Human Sorcerer - made level 5 (near 6) For multiplayer we started at level 2 and played B3/B2. ended up level 4 accross the board. B2 is better 2nd in my opinion as some of the random bosses scare better (its harder). At level 4-5 you might generate a manticore in the caves where at lower level you get a Vrock for example.

Eh.. Ah.. Well I can´t say. Really. The modules are made in different settings and some are rather standalone. The following is a good order according to me. B3 then B2 (as B3 is slightly easier than B2) or DL1, DL2, DL3 in that order or GK1 then GK2 (for the high level character) or An Underdark Adventure or Arcanium (these two takes some time to complete) I think that PP B2 was made first then B3 during the 1980s then Dragonlance was released perhaps in the beginning of 1990. H4 was released in the mid-late 1990. Arcanium and An Underdark adventure are constructs of my own and was never released as PP. I hope this helped. Tim, I guess my question is, what chronological order of the modules does the story flow in? _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them. Thanks, Steve
